SHOP & FIELD MAINTENANCE MANAGER

DUTIES INCLUDE:
– Responsible for successful day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
– Responsible for supervising maintenance team – including scheduling jobs, employee reviews, scheduling of vacations, etc.
– Ability to lead and to communicate with management.
– Must be able to problem solve, assess situations, and respond & resolve in an efficient and effective manner.
– Maintain a safe environment for the entire PCE team.
– Order parts & maintain adequate parts inventory.
– Organize shop and field repairs.
– Maintain maintenance program for maintenance records. (basic computer skills needed)
– Work with vendors to develop discount programs, quality & pricing.
– Maintain warranty program on machines. (requires involvement in equipment purchases)
– Weekly shop inspections, abiding by government regulations.
– Maintain appropriate records abide by regulations for governing agencies.
– Forecast short and long term needs of PCE Maintenance Department and staff.
– Work closely with the Locations Maintenance Manager, PCE Electrician and Logistics Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:
– Valid Driver’s License
– CDL and NH3 State certificate (will train)
– Must have excellent mechanical abilities & problem solving skills.
– Must have strong organizational skills.
– Must have strong leadership skills.
– Must be able to multitask.


DIESEL TRUCK & AG TECHNICIAN

DUTIES INCLUDE:
– Willing to work long hours and ability to be on call in season.
– In-depth mechanical skills and a knowledge of agricultural equipment, heavy equipment, diesel and automotive equipment, and small engine repairs.
– Have ability to troubleshoot and problem solve which will include being able to diagnosis electrical, drive line, engine, and preventative maintenance issues.
– Prepare and perform annual DOT inspections.
– Must have a good assortment of hand tools and ability to use them correctly in a safe manner.
– Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
– Ability to work in field conditions during season when equipment breaks down.
– Proficient computer skills and the ability to complete work orders in maintenance software.
– Ability to take direction, collaborate, and work well with others.
– Must be able to communicate well with supervisor and have good listening skills.

REQUIREMENTS:
– Ability to lift heavy objects.
– Must have 3 years of mechanical experience.
– ASE Diesel and/or Automotive Certification preferred.
– CDL required within 60 days of employment.


AGRONOMY CUSTOM OPERATOR

DUTIES INCLUDE:
– Running of application equipment for dry and liquid fertilizer
– Maintaining equipment – taking pride in the equipment and keeping it maintained daily.
– Utilizing equipment technology – viper-pro/viper4
– Off season opportunities could include helping with annual equipment inspections and maintenance in addition to advanced skills training. PCE is willing to look at applicants strengths and build upon.

REQUIREMENTS:
– Must have a valid CDL driver license or a CDL Permit.
– Must have a clean driving record.
– Must have strong communication skills.
– PCE is willing to train qualified applicants.


CDL SEASONAL DRIVER

DUTIES INCLUDE:
– Assisting the PCE team in delivering agronomy products from our facilities to the farm and fields.

REQUIREMENTS:
– Must have a valid CDL driver license or a CDL Permit.
– Must have a clean driving record.
